"Let me tell you what a BLAST! Jon and Kelsey are so amazing. My husband and I dove with Jon today, while Kelsey dove with someone else. We had such a great time. They really make the whole thing even more fun! I would recommend them to a stranger or my closest friend. They will take care of you!" -Emily Thole; North Carolina |
"I had the wonderful opportunity to complete my Advanced Open Water training with Kelsey this past summer. Her professionalism and attention to detail to ensure that our group had fun, and learned the new skills in a safe environment, were superb!
Kelsey knows what it takes to be a complete & safe scuba diver and her training style & approach makes its fun and engaging. Kelsey took our group and we ventured out off the coast of Wilmington and she showed us the wonderful world of wreck diving. We saw some amazing sites and learned some critical new skills. It was truly a pleasure and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kelsey for any Scuba Diving lessons or adventures." -Lindsay Fernandez; North Carolina |

"I'm coming back to comment now after my buddy and I have taken a combined 10 courses over three years with Jon and Kelsey. Hands down, they are the best instructors I've encountered in 30 years of diving! No matter what level of diving you want to achieve, they will challenge you, make you rise to the bar, and make you a better diver. I came to their courses with a ton of experience, yet I'm still reeling at how much I've learned under their guidance. As an added bonus, you'll have an absolute blast training with them!"

"Loved my Advanced Open Water course with Kelsey last summer. I was still having buoyancy issues over 2 years and ~20 dives after my Open Water certification. It was tremendously better after working with Kelsey, and I'd dropped over HALF the weight I'd been adding!! Plus she was so fun and laid back, that it felt more like a regular recreation dive than a skill test -- and before I knew it...we were >100 ft below!! Go Team KK!!"

"I had the pleasure of completing my trimix course with Jon at Extended Range and couldn’t be happier! Jon was outstanding in the classroom, always finding topics that pushed my knowledge base. In the water, he was even better, pushing my diving in terms of skills development as well as dealing with ever complex contingencies. We did two series of dives in North Carolina and then in the St. Lawrence; they were challenging and fun! Great instructional presence!"

"Kelsey was my advanced open water instructor. She was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful on the dives. I hadn't done a boat dive in a while and was a little uncomfortable hitting the water. She was so patient and helpful in getting me under the water. I've been to other dive shops in the area but will never return to them. I would recommend Kelsey as an instructor to anyone, from someone looking to start their diving journey or someone looking to pursue further education and training!"

"Kelsey is the best. She walked me through certification, and helped me through some struggles that I had. I can't say enough good things about this lady. Super professional and a great personality. I not only found a super dive instructor, but also a friend. Highly recommend Kelsey."
-Christine Grady; Illinois Early on John Tabor, later on Jon Belisario. John guided me along the path drilling in the "plan the dive, dive the plan" mentality, skill refinement and just always being there when I had questions. Jon was easily one of the best instructors I have ever had. He has this uncanny way of knowing how far he can push you, what your inner state is on any day and how to flex with the lessons and skills so that you not only learn what is required for a given cert, but also learn more about yourself and personal limits. He demands things be done correctly, but also that you use your brain and think for yourself. Like John he's always available to ask questions and help guide you to an answer.
